Born in Fort Worth, Texas; graduated Pascal High School in 1974.Attended
Texas Tech University and after college worked as an appraiser for Pritchard and Abbott for 4 years.He
was responsible for appraising property for tax jurisdictions in the Houston area.In 1981, Jerry took
a job with Kirkwood and Darby in Fort Worth and furthered his career as a property tax consultant representing all types of
property.After 20 years with this firm, Jerry took on the role of owner and established Simmons Property
Tax Service.In 2008, Jerry was successful in obtaining his Senior Property Tax Consultant certificate
with the State of Texas.
Graduated Pascal High School in 1976. With over 25 years experience as a tax consultant
and tax appraiser with such companies as Prichard & Abbott and the Tarrant Appraisal District, he became a partner of
Simmons Property Tax Service in 1995.In Feb, 2007, Joel opened a new branch office in Granbury, Texas.
Jack is a graduate from Southwest High School
and he has vast experience in acquisition of single-family properties and rural ranch land. Additionally, he has been a property
tax representative of SPTS on commercial and residential cases since 2008. Jack is a Junior Property Tax Consultant, certified
with the state of Texas.

and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Tammy worked as an Executive Assistant at a large wholesale banking institution in Dallas
Texas for over 15 years.With over 5 years as Office Manager, Tammy has successfully managed the multiple
priorities that arise in this quick paced environment.Organization and a key awareness of our client's
needs is Tammy's number one priority.
Crystal joined SPTS in April of 2008; during
her employment with us, she has acquired an Associate’s Degree of Arts and a Certificate in Real Estate from Tarrant
County College. In addition, she is a licensed Property Tax Consultant with the state of Texas.
